Question 1, How long it would take to complete a mold produce? and how fast you can finish the products?
Answer, Usually, it takes about 3-4 weeks, or even longer. it is depends on the design simple or complex.
the lead time is different from the product(s) type and order quantity. for your reference, it would take 20-25 days of the plastic products. but faster completion if on maching metal spare parts(components). (anyhow, materials and processing difficulty are main factors to affect the lead time).
Question2, What’s your normal payment terms?
Answer, Most of the time, our deal terms are based on EXW without tax. or FOB Shenzhen or Dongguan. payment method we prefer 30% deposit, 50% after mold finish, 20% after fitting check and small trial order.
Question 3, What’s your Gurantee of your products?
Answer, Honest speaking, it is hard to give a 100% clear warranty period. it depends on materials we use, and other charatertistics. what we can promise is we would totally produce under your requirements till your approval acceptance.
Question 4, What’s your shipping methods? and what is your package? do you have enough protection?
Answer, We work with shipping agents both in air shipment and ocean shipment. we usually would like to give advises for your reference when have the detail packing informations. we will provide enoughy safe outer packing meets air or sea shipping way requires.
